A: YCC has a very liberal return policy. We guarantee our frames for one year against any factory defects. For more information, please contact one of our professional sales representatives.

Q: How do your frame prices compare?
A: YCC maintains high quality standards for our frames and very competitive prices. Our prices are from the USA with only the shipping cost from Washington State added. YCC has already taken care of the cost and headaches of shipping from China and clearing through Customs for you.

Q: What method of shipping do you use within the USA?
A: Within the USA we use either FedEx or UPS to ship to our customers.

Q: What about shipping to customers outside the USA?
A: For customers outside the USA we can arrange shipping in a manner convenient for you. We can ship from our office in the USA or directly to you from our factories in China.

Q: What are your payment policies?
A: Payment is required at the time of order and before shipping unless you have established other payment terms. To inquire about payment terms please contact one of our sales representatives.
